Returns and Exchange policy


Summary


Zaus Fashion will accept all refunds/replacements if the products are returned to us within 14 days of delivery, however customer service must be notified within 24 hours of receipt. The product must not have been worn, show any signs of wear and tear and the packaging must not be damaged.
*Please note that the refunds will not include the outward shipping fee and a restocking fee of £5 will be deducted from the final amount you will be refunded.

Procedure

To return an item the following procedure must be followed:

 

  1. Contact customer service to notify us that you would like to return your order
  2. You should then receive a reply within 3 working days asking you to confirm the full name and address on order
  3. You will then be given a set of options to choose from (see below)
  4. Once you have selected your option, the next steps will be explained


Options to choose from;

  • partial refund/ full refund
  • Replacement of item
  • A voucher
  • Reasons of return
  • At the moment we only accept the following reasons for a refund -1- If we sent out a faulty item-2- If we sent the wrong size (*must notify customer service within 24 hours of receipt)

Reasons of exchange vary according to circumstances, contact customer service to discuss. We have the right to not go ahead with any cancellations if we suspect any fraudulent activity/suspicious claims relating to orders placed on our website. We have the right to withhold refunds.
Note- in situations where a replacement is possible we would not offer a refund.

Return note
Where a return is accepted we require our customers to add a note with the parcel, with the following information:

  • Full name and address on the order
  • The reason of returning
  • If it is a refund then your Bank account details or paypal email address of which the funds will be credited to.
  • If its an exchange then the name of item you would like with the size required

A typical refund or exchange will take up to 14 days to process. If a note with the above details is not present, or the information is incomplete then the procedure timescale may be extended.

Please note- We do not accept exchange or refunds for beauty products or Jewellery items.
